Ok, so it’s almost February and you’re yet to make a New Year’s resolution, but never fear, I’m here with some ideas! So, check out the list and make a choice—come January 1, 2024 you’ll be happy you did!

Exercise More! Ok a bit cliche, but more exercise, even 20-30 minutes a day, can improve the health of not just your body, but your mind as well!
Get Organized! Does not being able to find something stress you out? Well working on organization, be it at school, work or home, can benefit your health and help you feel happier and more relaxed.
Spend More Time With Loved Ones! So often we act as though we have endless time left with our loved ones, endless chances at dinners, or outings, or just simple hugs. But the truth is we never know—so make this year one in which you make an effort for quality time with friends and family.
Eat Healthier! Eating healthier doesn’t have to be boring—there’s many tasty and creative dishes that incorporate healthy ingredients and don’t pack on the calories and cholesterol. Also, eating healthier strengthens bones, immunity, muscles and a person’s overall appearance and health!
Learn a New Skill! Guitar, drawing, cooking, baking, a new language, a new sport, the list of new skills to try and learn is endless! Learning new skills can help with motivation, confidence, boredom, and a person’s happiness.
Traveling More! Europe, Asia, the West Coast, NYC, heck, even Wisconsin Dells! Traveling anywhere new or exciting can help boost your creativity, emotional IQ and empathy, and expose you to new things, not to mention help you disconnect and recharge.
Take care of your Mental Health! Learning and talking openly about mental health can reduce the misconceptions and stigma, and can encourage those who are suffering to seek help and find a support network.
Save! Reducing your spending can help you put more toward paying off debt, or even better–save for a future trip or experience you have always wanted to do but couldn’t afford. Also, less debt means more money, which means less stress!
Try and Be Positive! Keeping a positive attitude can lower levels of stress and pain and better psychological and physical well-being. Also, life is too short and precious to waste time angry or feeling negative about people or things you cannot change.
The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience. – Eleanor Roosevelt
