Batman has 127 styles of martial arts under his belt and knows over 23 languages.
Batman is extremely strong and can lift 800-1000 pounds unlike Ironman who needs his suit to do such.
Batman has heavily armored bat vehicles such as the batwing, the batmobile, and a wider arsenal vehicle wise overall that could give him an advantage against Ironman.
Batman is a master of disguise, a skilled tactician, a detective, and a ninja.
Batman has the hellbat suit which will help counter against Ironman.
Batman is also a genius with a better battle IQ.
Batman has better preparative abilities than Ironman.
Batman is more discreet unlike Ironman and that gives him a big advantage.
Batman can compromise the arc reactor which powers the suit.
Ironman relies on his suit which will leave him at a big disadvantage against Batman.

BONUS Reasons

Batman can use his high frequency EMP (electromagnetic pulse emitter) which could fry Ironman’s circuits and cause damage to his metal armor.
Batman can compromise Ironman’s virtual assistants Jarvis and Friday due to them not being programmed directly in the suits.

Ironman is smarter, IQ wise, Iron Man is 270, while Batmans is 192, and if we are talking strategy wise, that also goes to Ironman
His equipment is more advanced than Batmans, and Iron Mans stuff can’t be hacked, but Batman’s Batmobile got hacked, and Batman’s contingency plans about the Justice League got out and almost took them out
He can use the most non lethal things like ornaments, batteries, etc to make weapons as shown in Iron Man 3
Bruce Wayne is worth 9.2 Billion Dollars, while Tony Stark is worth 12.4 Billion Dollars, meaning Tony is richer
Iron Man can do more than Batman, as Iron Mans helps day and night, and people know he’s Tony Stark
Iron Man’s suit are better than Batmans
Iron Man can fly while Batman can glide
Iron Man’s strongest suit, Endo-Sym Armor, is stronger than Batman’s strongest suit, the Hellbat Suit. The Hellbat Suit is indeed very strong, as it can take on Darkseid, but the Endo-Sym Armor basically puts Iron an into godhood
Iron Man is funnier
Batman is the type of guy who would beat a homeless man and break his legs for trying to take water from a gas station—for “justice”.
